Pharmacy First is a national network of retail community pharmacies that provides additional revenue programs and enhanced profitability through a number of offerings. A quick synopsis of one of their flagship programs:
Rx$hare is one of the programs under the Pharmacy First umbrella. It works to expand opportunities for retail pharmacies through tangible programs already made available to chain drug stores. Through an established relationship with both the pharmacy and the pharmacy’s software vendor, Rx$hare accumulates non-identifiable, adjudicated dispensing detail, and then works closely with pharma manufacturers in developing programs that offer performance-driven, incremental revenue back to the pharmacy. IMS Health is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry for data analytics. They have contracts with drug manufacturers and assist in collection and analyzing data within the industry. As a Datascan client, you can opt in for the resale of the summary statistical data, compliant within HIPAA regulations, and receive a monthly credit for doing so.
Datascan offers full service hardware contracts as an insurance policy against all parts and labor for any issues or defects with your hardware. For our clients within a 2 hour drive from our offices on Long Island, it is a full on –site repair or replace contract. For those clients located outside of this range, we can ship the customer any parts required for replacement.
Through our POS system you can offer gift cards for sale in your retail pharmacy, which assists with return customers. We also have customer loyalty tracking where you can track the purchases of your loyal customers and offer incentives such as future discounts. Ask your sales rep how to put these programs to work for your store.
We have the ability to customize your label, whether your using a thermal printer or laser. You can choose the level of detail / information you want displayed on the label, and we can modify the location for you as well. This is done for our clients at no additional charge.
Datascan Winpharm software fully integrates with both Parata and ScriptPro dispensing robots. We have multiple clients that have been utilizing these systems for years. We work closely with these vendors to meet our customers needs whether its troubleshooting or custom changes to how the system operates. Datascan can assist with full setup for credit card processing using our own proprietary payment gateway software as a lower priced alternative, or we recommend PC Charge Pro software. We have a partnership with one of the largest credit card processing companies in the world, and offer our clients competitive quotes. Our goal is to assist in saving our clients money by meeting or beating any offer they receive.
